PAVILION
Field trip are always the best, its not only about experiencing the outdoors, but also able to work will the site on hand. Together with my lovely teammate(shown in picture above), Chan Koon Qi, we decided to exploit an abandoned water tank station structure to be the inspirational design for our pavilion.
We did our best to analysis the existing structure at the Botanical Garden and understand the placement of it. It was a great time and we all have some bonding session during the hiking. Using the water tank station structure, we develop our ideas into various design and work out the best of all.

We finally decided to use the concept of replicating the existing structure and add new extension to it that have great resemblance on what our previous studied architect, Alvaro Siza did. We then proceed to develop the idea further more and work on the idea.
